How does the revenue sharing work?
We provide a low, transparent base cost that covers quality production and operations. You then have full freedom to set your own markup percentage on top of that.
Do I need to buy inventory upfront?
No, you don’t need to buy inventory upfront. We produce each item on demand so you can focus on your brand. We offer a low, transparent base cost, and you’re free to add any markup you choose. If you request a new product we don’t currently offer, there may be a setup fee to prepare it.
What types of merchandise do you offer?
We offer high-quality merchandise—T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and tote bags—tailored to your brand. We provide an initial test product at no cost, so you can ensure the quality. Once approved, we produce on demand, and you control your pricing.
How long does fulfillment take?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days for standard items. After that, we deliver directly to your customer’s location—free within the Okanagan Valley, and with the fastest, most cost-effective courier elsewhere.
Can I launch a store without a local rep?
No, a local rep is essential. They act as the middleman—collaborating with you to create product images, select inventory, and serving as your direct contact for all merchandise needs. They also handle invoicing and operational coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
How is shipping charged?
We use regional shipping charts to categorize rates. These rates are reviewed every three months, or sooner if significant cost shifts occur. We strive to maintain stable and fair rates, adapting as needed to ensure consistency.
